Cbalance Retreats was born from a simple but powerful idea: that wellness shouldn't be about extremes—it should be about balance.
After nearly a decade of working in the retreat industry, I, Chloe, decided it was time to bring my own vision to life. I’ve spent years helping others on their wellness journeys, and through both professional experience and personal transformation, I knew exactly the kind of space I wanted to create—something that didn’t exist yet. Not a bootcamp. Not just a yoga retreat. But a retreat that offers the best of both, in a way that’s empowering, sustainable, and enjoyable.

At Cbalance, we focus on real lifestyle change, not quick fixes. You’ll enjoy a week of energising workouts, restorative movement, mindset support, and home-cooked, nourishing meals made with love. Most importantly, we provide education—so you leave with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take a balanced, healthy lifestyle home with you.
My own journey began 13 years ago, when I trained as a Massage Therapist in Oxford. I started my career in the French Alps, working in Méribel, before moving to London, where I discovered a deep love for fitness and wellbeing. After struggling for years with yo-yo dieting and inconsistent routines, I finally found a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition—one rooted in balance and self-awareness.

Wanting to help others do the same, I earned my Level 3 Personal Training Diploma at TrainFitness, one of London’s leading personal training schools (ASCM, CIMSPA, REPs accredited). In 2016, I joined a leading fitness retreat, where I spent six amazing years—three of them in a management role. With over 9 years of experience working in retreats, I’ve supported hundreds of clients on their journey to lasting change.
